Things are getting pretty festive around our house!
Bits of the holidays have made their way onto the art wall...
There are teeny-tiny vintage putz houses tucked away between the cameras on the mantle...
Plus a church with a somewhat unstructurally-sound bell tower...
There are deer grazing and frolicking on the table...
The advent calendar is all ready for tomorrow...
and of course, there's a tree!
and plenty of vintage ornaments. Perfect, perfect.
I love how cosy our apartment feels when the holiday decorations are up! Conditions are perfect for snuggling on the couch right now.
Have you decorated yet? Do you tend to go all out for the holidays, or is your decor more subtle? I tend to end up on the subtle side, mostly because we don't have much space to store holiday decorations the rest of the year. Someday I hope to go totally crazy with decorations this time of year!

Your decorations look great- I haven't gotten around to that yet. I'm going to have to try this yarn wrapped tree project- so cute!

I usually go for just the tree and a few wall or window decorations, nothing too fancy. I'm just not sure if I have the patience or time for it right now, because I usually set up my tree on December 1st (because its a holiday in Portugal so it comes in handy), and that's tomorrow. Could I make two dozen mushrooms by tomorrow? xD
