GoodKnit's blog is amazing! Just on the first page I got two great ideas for projects...crochet-base brooches to use my old buttons (I've done barettes and earrings to death) and the cross-stitch prints she made in Photoshop.

This is so fabulous - I was sighing over your little putz house collection (agreed, the hotel is too cute) and wondering where I could find one... then I saw the little Whimsical Woodland house. Oh, it's too cute. The crocheted hat would be handy today - despite the warm weather my hair is not behaving - and the chandelier necklace would put a bit of sparkle back on my person after a tough day of parenting a Small Girl with a bad cold.
The best idea I've got from all of these blogs - and yours - is the generosity they're showing. I think it's time to spread the love and bake some Christmas tarts for my nearest and dearest. Thanks! x

Looking through all of the blogs and shops I found so many great things. I love the "dapper derby" hat in A La Mod's etsy shop, as well as the red/orange open cardigans. I can't resist sweaters or cardigans, so I think I might actually buy this one.
I also love the unique vintage silk and red glitter holiday wreath in Stuff You'll Love's etsy shop. That's such a great idea to use an old tie to make a wreath! I'll have to try that with one of my boyfriend's old ties (since he never wears them :).
I love knitting, so I appreciate just about everything in good knits' blog, and love the cloud knit slouch hat (peacock) in her shop. It's such a beautiful color. Might be a potential gift for my mom.
When I saw the bumblebee checker tunic in Wishfulness' etsy shop, my eyes almost literally popped out of my head. Yellow is my favorite color, and I love crazy patterns (and it's vintage!). So many good things. I definitely feel inspired to do a thrifting/upcycling run/ go on an etsy binge.
