Ink It Pink with Sharpie!

As I'm sure you all know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  In support, Sharpie has started an "Ink It Pink" initiative: for every signature in pink Sharpie ink submitted to the Sharpie Uncapped website, they will donate $1 to City of Hope!  How cool is that?  If you'd like to participate, just sign something (anything!) with a pink Sharpie, scan or photograph your signature, and upload it to the Sharpie online gallery.  That's it!  You can see the signature that I submitted above. I know - my signature is ridiculously messy.  When I try to make it neater, it looks like it was done by a fourth grader practicing cursive, so I embrace the mess (hm...come to think of it, that could be a good motto for life)!


In honor of breast cancer awareness, here's some lovely pink inspiration from my Flickr faves.  It's taken me a long time to come around to pink, but in the past few years it has become one of my favorite colors.  I especially love it when lots of different shades are gathered together.
