Madness at the Northside Tavern! It was PACKED. I felt bad that I had brought along my big old camera bag, because I kept accidentally ramming it into people. The crowd was bearable though, since everyone was happy and having fun. Plus, it was amazing to see so many people out supporting handmade. Go Cincinnati!

Crafty Supermarket wasn't just a craft fair, it was also a release party for organizer Grace Dobush's new book, Crafty Superstar. The book details how to turn your crafty hobby into a successful business. Check it out!

Organizer Alisha Budkie shows off a shoe from her new line of handmade footwear, Smart. I was blown away by the craftsmanship of her shoes - they are gorgeous.

Chris Salley came to the market a day after opening her new gallery/indie craft store, Fabricate. So much crafty excitement happening close to home!

I fell in love with the work of Betsey of Says You. Her stitched monograms are so clever, and that colorful house is simply lovely.

So what was the biggest challenge of the day? Definitely deciding what to buy! I'll be back this afternoon to show you what came home with me, and to share the work of a few more fabulous vendors!
